D-TAC BY DEKHAN CORPORATION

At Dekhan Corporation, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. The following company policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for our team members, partners, and clients. These guidelines reflect our values and support our ongoing mission to deliver quality, transparency, and ethical practices in everything we do.
1. Child Labor Policy
Policy Overview:
We love kids — just not in the factory. In line with the Factories Act 1934, we do not allow individuals under 18 to work in our production facilities. We take legal compliance seriously — and childhood even more seriously.
Policy Guidelines:
- No one under 18 is allowed to work or even enter the production floor.
- Applicants must provide a valid NIC, B-Form, or educational certificate to prove age.
- Underage applicants, while adorable, are not eligible.
Instructions for Admin/HR Department:
- Collect valid documents before onboarding.
- Verify documents through a government authority.
- Maintain a complete personal file, including a photo, for each employee.
Commitment:
We are firmly against child labor and fully support lawful employment practices.
2. Disciplinary Policy
Policy Overview:
Let’s keep things smooth. While we prefer friendly vibes and high-fives, rules are rules. We expect everyone to follow company guidelines, and yes — there are consequences for not playing fair.
Policy Guidelines:
- Follow policies outlined in handbooks and notice boards.
- Management maintains a respectful, non-abusive environment.
- Disciplinary action will be taken lawfully and respectfully — no yelling, no drama.
Commitment:
We promote a culture of respect and fairness — discipline without dictatorship.
3. Forced Labour Policy
Policy Overview:
Work with us because you want to, not because you have to. We strictly oppose forced, bonded, or prison labor in any form.
Policy Guidelines:
- Zero tolerance for prison or coerced labor.
- Common violations include:
- Prison Labor: Forced labor by inmates without pay.
- Indentured Labor: No pay, no way out — not allowed.
- Bonded Labor: Working off someone else’s debt? Never.
Commitment:
We educate and audit to make sure everyone works here willingly — and gets paid.
4. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Policy

You’ve got a voice — use it. We support your right to form or join any legal association or representative group.
Policy Guidelines:
- Choose your reps fairly and legally.

5. Anti-Bribery / Corruption Policy

Policy Guidelines:
- Hiring and promotions are based on skill, not sweeteners.
- Giving or accepting gifts in exchange for favors is strictly prohibited.
- Violators will face serious consequences (no exceptions).
Commitment:
We stay honest, ethical, and proudly boring when it comes to corruption.
